The game, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property related to it, belong to Cornbread Games LLC. You may not copy, modify, extract the source code of, translate, or create derivative versions of the game or its trademarks.
Your Data
Domino Physics does not store personal information on your device. Save data is stored locally only and is not synced to the cloud. Third parties such as Unity and Google may collect and process certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. The game includes an in-game age screen and Privacy Settings menu (Level Select → Settings → Privacy Settings) so you can manage your ad and data preferences.
Keeping Your Device Secure
It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the game secure. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this can expose it to malware and may prevent Domino Physics from working properly.
Internet Connection & Charges
An internet connection is required to make in-app purchases and to display ads (which are optional — see our Privacy Policy for details on managing ads). We are not responsible for the game not functioning at full capacity without internet access. If you use the game outside of Wi-Fi, standard data charges from your mobile provider may apply, including while roaming — you are responsible for these charges. If you are not the bill payer for your device, please confirm you have permission to use the game.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and operational to use the game; we cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by a dead battery or device issues.
Reliability
We aim to keep the game accurate and up to date, but we rely on third parties (such as Unity and app store platforms) to provide certain functionality. Cornbread Games LLC accepts no liability for loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on this functionality.
Updates & Termination
We may update the game from time to time, and requirements for Google Play or the App Store may change accordingly — you’ll need to install updates to keep playing. We don’t guarantee that every update will remain compatible with your device or app store version, but you agree to accept updates when offered. We may also discontinue the game or terminate your use of it at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights under these terms end, and you must stop using the game and delete it from your device.
